An appointment is not a repair order.

The public website only creates an appointment request. If the customer arrives, the shop checks in the vehicle and creates the official repair order.

Year, make, model, mileage, and any useful information about the vehicle.

Maintenance, tires, auto repair, and a short description of what the customer needs or notices.

What happens after you submit?

The shop can confirm, reschedule, cancel, or mark the appointment as a no-show. A repair order is created only when the vehicle is checked in.
